As a Corporate Travel Consultant for Worldview Travel, the successful candidate will join a fun, team orientated group in our Santa Ana location.  Working as a member of a collaborative and supportive team, this role is responsible for the successful completion of travel arrangements within client guidelines and meeting the standards of excellent customer service.


  • Creates domestic and International travel arrangements for Corporate clients including air, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Follows company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of customer service, building and updating PNRs, ticketing and punctuality
  • Advises clients of international travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc.
  • Utilizes preferred vendors to maximize profit, and ensures compliance with the clients’ travel policy
  • Proper utilization of CRS System to help improve company commitment to the client
  • Ensure that customers travel policies are followed and documented
  • Operates within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards and operating procedures
  • Assists with follow-up on company comments or other client-input either in writing or by dealing directly with client to resolve any service problems
  • Adheres to standards in delivering customer service including telephone etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedures
  • Provides 1st level of support for customer service and technical issues and makes recommendations for improvement to processes


  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate travel specialist required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on Sabre required
  • Industry knowledge and reservation skills in order to create domestic and multi-segment, multi-destination international itineraries for VIP clients
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively and clearly articulate with VIP traveler, travel arranger and travel manager in a wide array of situations
  • The ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent Skills in the following areas: Follow-up, Organization, Analysis, Flexibility, Customer Service
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of international pricing rules and procedures
  • Supportive, collaborative and positive team player
